If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@emithelabel.com.au with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
If an item is confirmed to be faulty, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair in line with Australian Consumer Law.
This applies to full-priced and sale items.
Change of Mind Returns
While Australian Consumer Law does not require returns for change of mind, we’re happy to offer store credit if:

The item is returned within 30 days of delivery

The item is unworn, unwashed and in original condition

All tags and hygiene seals are intact

Proof of purchase is provided

We recommend using tracked postage, as we can’t be responsible for lost parcels
