If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@emithelabel.com.au with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

If an item is confirmed to be faulty, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair in line with Australian Consumer Law.
This applies to full-priced and sale items.

Change of Mind Returns

While Australian Consumer Law does not require returns for change of mind, we’re happy to offer store credit if:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of delivery

  • The item is unworn, unwashed and in original condition

  • All tags and hygiene seals are intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Store Credit

  • Issued as store credit only

  • Valid for 12 months

  • Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash

Return Postage

  • Customers cover return shipping for change of mind returns

  • We recommend using tracked postage, as we can’t be responsible for lost parcels

Items Not Eligible for Change of Mind Returns

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Intimate items where hygiene seals have been removed

Returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.
